Why should we as customers pay monthly for "insurance" that's a lie. I was assured by 2 different employees that all claims are answered in 24-48 hours it is going on the 3rd day and still no answer!
Someone needs to take this "company" to court for lying and stealing from customers. I couldn't agree with people more when they are mad about not getting a response from them.
They say 24-48hrs when in reality its between a week or months before they ship you a phone. I have read many reviews of people who get sent phones that are lesser value or don't work the way they should.
