Esecuritel is a joke

This company is a joke. Filled claim in October, now 2 month later I still didn't received my phone. Paid 156$ plus they charged me 420$ for not returning my damaged device. Called a bunch of times in advance asking to not charge me, because I didn't received new device from them yet but they still did. Now I'm 576$ in and still no money back and no phone.

Esecuritel - They are scamming

Esecuritel sold to Brightstar w/out communication to their customers. when you attempt to cancel this service on their website you are directed to an 800 number. The representative ‘pretends’ not to hear you and terminates the call. Tried several times on different phones. Called my credit card to cancel and esecuritel/brightstar did the same thing to them. This company is a scam!!! Cancel your services immediately!!!

Esecuritel - They won't cancel a contract...

I'm arguing with the bank at this time. Esecuritel claimed they couldn't find my account number, therefore couldn't cancel the contract. My bank put a stop payment ($36), but somehow the charge came through anyway,on my debit card. Cancelled debit card, got new one, they somehow charged that. Bank says they got my card number somehow, even though I never used it. I say the bank needs to figure out how the scam is happening. *** esecurtel To anyone who activates a new phone do not subscribe for a mobile protection plan through these guys. They're a bunch of *** and greedy bastards. I don't even have mobile protection yet they keep taking money from me I don't have. Just be warned they will charge more than they advertise

Save your money or you will be writing a post to this site. They give you the run around and deny your claim even if Virgin Mobile tells you that you have coverage. Customer service is the poorest you can get. If something happens to your phone you better file a claim...
