I called to file a claim for one of our Samsung Galaxy Tablets. The first man I talked to took all my info & then told me he had to transfer me to tech support. He hung up on me as he tried to transfer the call.
I called back, had to go thru the whole spill again & was again told I needed to be transferred to another dept. I sat on hold for about 10 mins when he came back to tell me that no one in that dept was available, so I needed to call back again. Seriously?
A customer should not have to jump thru hoops in order to file a claim.
This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to "customer service to contact me so i can get the tablet replaced" as the author lost $250. The author is overall dissatisfied with Esecuritel. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
