I misplaced my cell phone, I called Boost Mobile and was told to call HTC. HTC suggested I file an insurance claim and transfered me to back to Boost Mobile who told me to call your company (Esecuritel). I spoke to Jesus, I explained that I was told by Boost Mobile to speak to someone in your office to file a claim for my lost phone. Jesus is like a programmed robot, after I explained my situation again to him he continued to tell me to contact Boost Mobile. I kept telling him that Boost transfered me to Esecuritel, again he repeated himself. When I asked for a supervisor, he said no one was available. I told Jesus that I would hold, he said " I can only hold for two minutes", I said I'll wait. He returned to the phone to say no one is available, you need to contact Boost Mobile. I asked him if he would call Boost and he refused. When I asked for your email address he said " we dont have one". I'm sending this email to please ask Jesus to be a little more customer friendly , if a customer ask for help, please advise him to show some empathy. You may reach me at 512-217-****. If your phone is malfunctioning but not physically damaged, then Jesus is right. You'd have to go to boost and let them send your phone to HTC as a "manufacturer's defect".

Btw , Esecuritel is outsourced to a company called Millennium 1 solutions in Toronto. Maybe you should start bombarding them with complaints.

If I could give them (-100) I would in the heart bid!!!! This is the WORTH EVER "INSURANCE COMPANY"... First of all I had to have luck to even get anyone on the line!!! Then I had to feel up the application with info that was already on there website, they said that it is 24 to 48 hours to "approve your case" and they will send you an e-mail, B.S> they never did that, nor they will update the status, they NEVER DID!!!! I was given 6 phone numbers to get in touch with them and all of them work when they want too. I am trying to deal with them for a month and I am at square 1!!! They told me today that my claim was approved and gave me phone number there I have to call and pay $200 for replacement, guess what!!! The number is ONLY FOR THE PHONES, not for TABLETS, called them back and after waiting on line for 55 min, was told that everyone left the office and I have to call tomorrow!!! As soon as I get my Tablet I am dropping them like a hot potato!!!

I lost my Samsung S6 edge 32GB after using for 11 months and when I claimed for a replacement they charged me 199$. As per their website they should charge me 125$ for phone between 400-598.99$. I looked into all the websites like bestbuy,target,amazon etc (Recommended by Samsung official website) and the costliest I found was 530$. So I called up Esecuritel and they say they only consider the phone cost when you buy them which make no sense to me as phone prices drops every day. Even after paying 199$ and 9.99$ every month for insurance you only get a refurbished phone. I found out ATT only charges 6.99 monthly and replacement cost is very low when compared to this *** ESecuritel. Thanks ESecuritel for your worst service and what a rip off. You lost a customer bye bye

I had received a IPhone from. eSecuritel that has never properly worked. The phone doesn't even have the numbers on the back of the phone to read off to customer service. I had been out of the country and busy with work that I haven't had time to dea with getting a new phone. Now that I have time I called customer service and they said I had to file a claim within 90 days to get a new phone at no charge. At this rate I may have just bought a brand new iPhone at retail price. This is such a rip off and I will never give them my service again.

They sent me a defective replacement phone to begin with then denied me a replacement. The phone didn't receive a lot of text messages even after speaking to the tech department they told me it was the phone and not their network. Garbage.

SCAM!!!!!!!!

After having " insurance " with these clowns they charge an exceedingly high amount to give you a replacement or even help wit the fixing of any phone issues. After cancelling the insurance i was hit with a $128 fee because apparently i hadn't been paying my monthly fees. After going through my bank and looking online i had been paying the fees and after calling them back spent 20 mins for some dozey *** *** to try and locate " manager ". Thee locating a manager probably consisting of filing her nails and updating her Facebook status. These guys are a terrible company. PLEASE don't us their services.

I had a claim and they sent me a replacement. After 3 weeks the phone touch screen would not work or start typing without touching it. I called them and they stated i had 3 replacement phones outstanding which is totally false. Then they want me to send in my phone and after they review they will send a replacement in the next few weeks. Poor customer service and replacement phones are junk. I paid for insurance for the last four years and this is how they treat customers. This total breach of contract but if i want a phone I will have to go purchase a new phone! I will never use them again.

This company is a scam!!!! As soon as I completed the claim for my IPhone lost, I didn't have anymore access on my account. On the call I was told that they can't use emails for communication, and they're not obligated to send any notifications or communication via mail. The only way to get in touch with them is by calling. In the end they asked for $214.00 for their refurbished replacement?????

Wish Rogers would do the same. But they have no interest in helping this company fix their problems.

Stuck paying the replacement fee ON TOP of the monthly fees when I was told that my phone would be replaced for FREE...

What a joke, never using this company again. Switching from Rogers now too.

By far worst service ever. They blame everything on the "system", don't care that you are a client and waited for an hour on the phone. You have to be at their mercy. Never felt so powerless and they made me feel like I was not worth to be their client. Telus lost us over this. We had enough. I will never take e-securities again. They blame the computers for their staff's errors. They make you wait for hours over the phone (due to high volume of calls due to the staff incompetences).

You're speaking to reps who work 9 or more hours, at 12. 85 an hour.

Trust me, there's no thing as good service when you have miserable ppl taking your calls.

Worst Company I've ever worked with!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST company I've ever had to deal with. My original phone screen cracked so they sent out a defective phone that motherboard crashed and lost ALL my information on it, they then filed another claim and sent me yet another defective phone that malfunctions. I called back and they said they were sending an escalation for another phone with a different make and model. After a week I followed up with them on the escalation and they said they have to put in another escalation, it has been pure *** dealing with them and I'm still stuck with a malfunctioning phone. They keep telling me to call back and not doing anything to help me, phones are important and I haven't been able to properly communicate in weeks. This is way too much, I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit against them.

Exploding Refurbished phone

Got them to replace my phone after a manufacture defect, was honestly impressed with delivery and the phone I received. Within 2 weeks of receiving my "refurbished phone" the battery started to overheat, then smoke, at which point i threw it across the room, the phone caught fire and exploded. Tried to file another claim and they said it was the wiring in my house. My house is less than 5 years old. Never deal with these guys , crooks, criminals, scam artists. Tried to gain access to my account on their website. The site requires my cell phone number prior to getting access. After inputting my cell number, the site returned some garbled error message (red text overwrite below where I entered my cell phone number). I also called the service to stop the insurance and they sent me on a run around to my carrier. I'm not sure why at least 100 words are required to document this issue as I've already done so. I think 50 words would have been plenty, but that's just me I guess. I'm now pissed at this website as well. What a happy day.

If the insurance subcription is not registered in your name then it cannot be cancelled, that's what I've been told. And yes sometimes they cannot cancel it for you because there's no cancel button.

Rip-off artists

This is a horrible horrible company!! I've never filed a claim I paid my premiums through an autodraft of my bank account for years. My wife and I purchased a new phone and decided to insure with another company. I called esecuritel to cancel my policy and was told that this could take up to a month, which in itself is ridiculous, but after 3-4 months I noticed that they were still drafting from my account. I was furious! I immediately called them and OH SURPRISE! they had no record of my cancellation. After an insane amount of questions to prove that I was who I said I was the policy was finally cancelled. I was only refunded 6 dollar and change since there was no proof of the previous cancellation. Then to add insult to injury, I was transferred to one of those automated surveys. I wasn't going to participate, however I decided to tell them just what I thought of their company. The first question asked you to rate your satisfaction on the results of your call. Rating was on a scale of 1-5, 1 being excellent and 5 being poor. I tried 3 times to give a poor rating and every time was told that that was not an appropriate response. I finally hung up in frustration. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!@!
